Emergency Restroom Trailer Rental

When your building's restrooms fail, your staff and the people you serve still need a clean place to go. If our restroom trailer is free, we can sometimes deliver it the same day.

What to Do Right Now

Send us the site address, where the trailer could sit, how many people will use it, and how long you expect to need it. If you'll need it for more than a couple of days, a photo of the nearest outdoor outlet helps. We have one trailer, so it goes to whoever confirms first.

Request the trailer

Or email bookings@raleighrestroom.com with "Emergency" in the subject. The form and email reach all three of us at once, so they're the fastest way to reach us.

Prefer to call? (919) 307-9601. We screen unknown numbers, so leave a voicemail and we'll call you back.

We're a small family business, not a 24-hour dispatch service, so we can't promise a response time. We answer emergency requests as quickly as we can.

How It Works

  1. Reach out. Use the booking form or email us with the details above.
  2. We confirm availability. We'll tell you plainly whether the trailer is free and when we could deliver.
  3. Invoice and payment. We email an invoice you can pay online by card or ACH bank transfer. Delivery is scheduled once it's paid.
  4. Delivery and setup. Our generator and onboard water can usually cover the first day or two while we work out the right power and water hookups with you.
  5. Extensions as needed. Repairs often run long. Tell us when you need more time and we'll extend the rental.
  6. Servicing. For longer rentals, we schedule cleaning and pump-outs based on how much the trailer is used.

A Recent Example

A veterinary emergency hospital in the Triangle had a plumbing failure. We delivered the trailer the same day, once the invoice was paid. The hospital extended twice, about two weeks in total, with a pump-out partway through.

Why a Restroom Trailer Instead of Porta Potties

  • Climate control. Heat and air conditioning, so it's usable in July and January.
  • Flushing toilets and private stalls. Three private stalls on the women's side; one stall and a urinal on the men's side.
  • Real sinks with running water. People wash up before going back to patients, customers or kids.

When a fix takes days or weeks, that matters. Your staff use it every shift, and patients, clients and families see it too. A clean, bright restroom trailer shows them the problem is handled.

Honest Limits

  • One trailer. If it's booked, we'll tell you right away so you can look elsewhere.
  • Not ADA-accessible. If you need an accessible restroom, tell us. We'll try to arrange an ADA-accessible porta potty and place it next to our trailer, case by case and subject to availability.
  • Service area. Mostly within about an hour of Raleigh: Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston and Chatham counties.
  • Site needs. A relatively flat, stable spot about 20 by 13 feet, with room for our truck to back the trailer in. Rentals longer than a couple of days also need site power and water within 100 feet; the requirements are on our business rentals page.

Paperwork for Facilities Teams

We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI), a W-9 and a signed rental contract. If you need a COI before delivery, tell us early so we can request it from our insurer.
